How Consignment Works
We list your graded card, find the buyer, and handle the sale — you keep ownership until it sells.
Consignment is different from our Buy List. On the Buy List, we make you an offer and buy the card outright — you get paid immediately, and we take on the risk of reselling it. Consignment works the other way: your card goes up on our Inventory at a price we agree on together, and you're paid once it sells. It usually takes longer, but because you're not selling into an instant-offer discount, it typically nets you more.
The process
- Tell us about your card. Submit a consignment request with the grader, grade, and a price range you have in mind. Include condition notes or additional information in your request.
- We evaluate it. Our team checks the grade against current market comps and gets back to you with whether we'll take it on consignment and a suggested listing price.
- You ship it to us. Once you accept, you send the card to us using insured, trackable shipping.
- We list it. We photograph the card and publish it on our public Inventory at the agreed price, visible to every buyer browsing the Site.
- It sells. The listing stays live until a buyer purchases it. If it hasn't sold after the agreed upon duration, we'll reach out to talk about adjusting the price or returning the card.
- You get paid. Once the sale is complete, we pay out your share — the agreed price minus our consignment commission.
What we accept
We currently take consignments for ungraded cards along with cards graded by PSA, BGS, CGC, or TAG. See the Buy List or send a consultation request if you're not sure where your card fits.
Fees & payouts
There's no upfront cost to consign a card with us — we only get paid when your card sells. You'll always know the exact split before you ship anything to us.
Common questions
Can I set the listing price? Yes — we agree on it together before it goes live, and you can ask us to adjust it at any time while it's listed.
